Executive Selection
Where we are engaged to locate an executive using an advertising strategy, Daryl Alexander & Associates will operate on an exclusive basis and a fee of 18% of the total commencing remuneration will be billed progressively. An initial payment of one-third of the estimated remuneration package applies on acceptance of the assignment. The balance of the fee is invoiced on our successful completion of the brief.

Executive Referral
Where the brief covers both specific or on-going client requirements to which Daryl Alexander & Associates refers suitably qualified and experienced executives, a fee of 18% of the total commencing remuneration will be invoiced only upon appointment.

Sales Recruitment
Where we are engaged to recruit sales personnel using an advertising strategy, Daryl Alexander & Associates prefers to operate on an exclusive basis, but we are open to negotiation on this. A fee of 18% of the commencing annual base salary and commonwealth levied superannuation applies.

Remuneration
Remuneration includes base salary and commonwealth levied superannuation allowances and where appropriate, incentives, bonuses or commission. The level of the allowance, incentive, bonus, or commission will be agreed upon with the client at the outset. Where a company vehicle is part of the remuneration package, it is valued at $10,000. With sales representative positions, the value of the motor vehicle is not included in the remuneration package.

Terms of Payment
All fees are payable 30 days from date of invoice. Any extraordinary expenses such as travel and accommodation when interviewing candidates away from our offices; couriers, interstate and overseas telephone calls will be invoiced at cost. No travel or advertising costs will be incurred without the client's prior approval.

Display Advertising
Any display advertising will be charged directly to the client at cost through our agency, AdEnergy.
