Warranty
All appointments are covered by a six month warranty. If a placement
proves unsatisfactory within six months of a candidate's employment,
we will locate a replacement at no additional consulting fee for exactly
the same position vacated. Advertising and out-of-pocket expenses
will be charged at cost. Our guarantee is only valid if the final
invoice is paid within 30 days of date of invoice. If a replacement
is not required, our original consulting fees remain payable and non-refundable.
Confidentiality
Our business is one of confidentiality and we request that under
no circumstances should the name or any details of a candidate be
divulged to any other individual. A candidate for a particular position
with a company is regarded as a candidate for any position within
any division or subsidiary of that company for a period of 12 months
from the date of the application. Once retained to fill a position
on behalf of a client, all candidates, irrespective of course, are
to be referred to us for consideration. Once undertaken, an assignment
will continue until we are advised in writing to the contrary.
